The next HOA Board Meeting on January 8th at the Sump Memorial Library in Papillion was cancelled due to bad weather. There were enough write in votes to approve the budget. First 30 minutes of all board meetings is an open forum.
We are looking into putting native plants like milkweed into the greenspace between 67th and 66th Street South of Centennial. We would target plants that are supportive of our Monarch Butterflies and will promote pollinators in our neighborhood. We’re looking for feedback. Annual HOA dues are $140 and due 1/15/24. Late dues increase to $150 on 4/1/24, $160 on 7/1/24 and $170 on 10/1/24. Annual letter and dues payment information were mailed to residents in December and can be found at the link above.
Spring Community Garage Sales are the 3rd weekend of May. Fall Community Garage Sales are the 2nd weekend in September. Email info@stockmanshollow.com to submit your garage sale listed.
